Soil: Gravely soil, former riverbed of the Vienne (sablo-argileux) on mounds, limestone and a sandy plot

Vinification: Fermentation in non coated concrere vats with short and gentle pumping over – temperature controlled – malolactic fermentation également en cuve ciment – gentle rackings – ageing 8 months on fine lees

Alkohol: 12%
